“Prior to the booking date the tour provider was easy to contact and responsive to questions . Unfortunately on the day of the excursion the ship docked an hour away from Gydansk which meant that we would not make it back to the ship following the Segway tour time. I tried several times to contact the tour provider as I was quite frazzled about our upcoming tour and issue with the port location. Despite several attempts on the day to contact the tour provider I have had no reply which has been disappointing”
